The editorial board of IHJPAS is committed to guaranteeing fairness and transparency in our peer review system. All authors have the right to appeal the publishing decisions. If you would like to submit an appeal please follow these guidelines.

• Submit your appeal within 30 days of receiving the decision.
• You should include clearly the manuscript title, the author(s) name(s), and the submission date.
• The appeal should evidently state the reasons for your appeal and report each of the reviewers' and editor's commentaries and concerns.
