• The peer-reviewing is a multipart process and the editorial board is aware that some concerns or complaints may arise during the course such as the conduct of reviewers, suspected biases, or technical issues. We do encourage open communication to address these concerns or complaints. If you would like to submit a complaint please follow these guidelines.
• Submit your complaints within 30 days of perceiving them.
• The complaint should include the title of the manuscript, the name(s) of the author(s), the date of submission, the nature of the complaint in detail, and any supporting information and/or documentation.
